Based in the heart of the Hills District, Louis Carr Real Estate requires a Junior Property Officer for it’s dynamic Property Management Team located in Castle Hill.

This is an entry level position, so no experience is required. Training will be provided by our very experienced Property Managers and other senior staff.

The position offered is a permanent full-time role. Hours of work are Monday to Saturday with a regular rostered day off during the week. Please note that availability on Saturdays for the full day is an essential part of this position.

Your New Role:

Providing support to the Property Management Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections.
  • Processing tenancy applications.
  • Preparing Lease Agreements.
  • Liasing with tenants and landlords.
  • Scheduling and booking appointments.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A current Certificate of Registration.
  • Your own car and a current driver’s license.
  • Excellent computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
  • A strong communicator in person, on the telephone, and via email.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively. 

Modern new offices at Castle Hill are currently under construction and on-site parking is available.
